PILATES FOR ALL ABILITIES

Our Pilates classes are currently delivered by Zoom, and also at St Paul’s Church, Penenden Heath on a Wednesday afternoon.

We have a brilliant range of ages, and abilities in our classes, and they are a friendly and supportive way to build strength and flexibility. During the class, your instructor will support you to correct and perfect the movements, to get maximum benefit.

We also like to have a giggle too, so we don’t take ourselves too seriously.

I’ve known Anna for a few years as a Mum on the school run, an Osteopath and Pilates Instructor. I was treated by Anna for severe Sciatica which lead to me joining her Pilates class to help my recovery and regain core strength. The class has been amazing! Anna is an excellent teacher who is very caring and teaches with good humour. All moves are well explained with different levels offered depending on your ability / health needs.
I have no hesitation in recommending Anna’s Pilates class.

Up to my 60’s I ran, swam, cycled, skied, sail boarded and did regular gym sessions, but sports injuries, and age, gradually reduced my activities.

Two years ago in my mid Seventies, I joined Anna’s Pilates group. And now, not only has my mobility increased, it is teaching me how to exercise with my own body in mind. How, under Anna’s watchful eye, to respond and adapt exercises to suit me.

To date, back, shoulder and neck pain are so well under control I can boast that not only am I pain free but that I have also ( today) just swum over arm crawl in the sea with my grandson.
